The 3 Circles of “Natural Motivation” was developed by David E Audley after researching, interviewing a variety of employees in different environments and applying knowledge learnt to successfully help managers increase their employees “Natural Motivation”. Successfully increasing your employee’s motivation will bring many advantages to your business. Many people are managers because they are an expert in that field; this does not mean they know how to manage!

Any good manager knows that motivation is key to increasing your employee’s productivity, reducing costs and many more advantages.
